Total Reps: 4 Complete Rounds for 90 Reps and I completed in about 12 minutes.
Today’s WOD was a fucking hot box! I felt my energy draining at an incredible pace! It was so muggy, I had to drink 32oz in the first 30 minutes of my workout. Anyway, maybe it will help me lose all the unwanted weight…
