Today’s WOD was great… Although it was short at a little more than 30 minutes with the warm-up, still a great pun on the chest and triceps. I am working on getting strong now by hitting more reps. It is my goal to hit 8-10 reps on all my strength routines. We shall see how the next 6-8 weeks pans out…
