Today’s WOD was really a great workout! I’m really starting to do well with thrusters. Hoping I can increase my Fran time by 4 minutes by this time next year… We shall see! Oh, today’s video is a bit different. I have been missing the bike since I started a new job and haven’t been able to bike commute. Anyway, this truly is “Shit Cyclist Say”!
