Today’s WOD was preparation for the Open which starts on Thursday… This will be the fourth year I’ve participated in the open and hope to be able to Rx all workouts. Last year I bombed out and did not complete the last two workouts. I failed at being able to do muscle-ups which completely blew my chances of at least finishing the workout because they put them first. I am just too fucking heavy to get a muscle up!
NUTRITION:
Breakfast: Turkey, egg with muffin and just a bit of cheese with 3 cups of coffee and creamer
Lunch – NA
Dinner – Fried chicken (2 thighs & a leg) with a single small gluten free biscuit.
Late Snack: 3 handfuls of peanuts with a ginger ale (Bad)
