Reps completed: 3 Rounds completed on the money. Total of 60 wall balls between rows… Pretty stoked over that.
Today’s WOD was a body destroyer! My core was wiped out afterwards… The day before, I completed 5 rounds of 10 reps of good mornings and my damn hammies are smoked. Makes it difficult to do squats of any sort after good mornings.
