Today’s WOD was pretty hard core for me. For some reason I just couldn’t get my lungs under control. Anyway, it was still a great workout and I had a good hit on the presses. I should have hit 205# or better, but I am still pretty sore from doing all the snatches two days ago. My whole back section is still hurting from it… I still had a time of 19:40.
NUTRITION:
Breakfast: Egg Sandwich on whole wheat flat bagel, milk and 2 cups coffee with creamer.
Lunch – Pizza (2), veggies cut and raw, birthday cake
Dinner – Wings and Beer
