Today’s WOD was killer on the ass! Not sure how the crossfit guys and girls did the marathon. My ass was numb just from 10,000 meters! That must have been quite painful and my hats off to all of those who finished… As for me, pretty sure I won’t be doing anything over 10,000 meters any time soon…
Helideck Walk: 1 hour at 3.5 mph…
Nutrition: My nutrition has been okay today.
Breakfast: 3 eggs over easy, 2 strips of bacon and 5 potato 1/4 wedges
Lunch: 2 bake chicken thighs, and a scoop of dirty rice
Dinner: Hamburger & a palms worth of fries. Junk food night…
