I’m so glad I have seemed to pass through the spot of developing my Plantar facitius (spelling)… Its been a slow start to get the running going again. For a while I thought I would never be able to get over this and get busy with running again! Anyway, glad to be able to ramp it up now…
I forgot to mention that I went on a little bit longer ride yesterday and that felt great. I went up the dreaded West Beach Hill and was slow as a snail, but can still ride it! I rode 14.1 miles in 1:05:30 with a total of 650 calories burned and 932 feet of elevation gain. It’s cold and about an hour is all I can take with my feet and hands… Great ride though!
