Today’s WOD was pretty tough after the endurance part! Anyway, I weighted in today and the scale is still lying! It’s saying I still weigh 225#… Pretty bummed about that. Anyway, I know it’s the portions the rig is giving me and I’m feeling like I have to clean the plate… Something mom taught me. “You will not leave the table until that plate is clean”! Back in those days, I would just slide the food under the table and the poodle would eat every bit of it… Sneaky eh? I think I will start walking a mile in the morning on the treadmill just to help try and offset all the sitting I have to do at work. We shall see if I can get the time or not…
