WOD Warm-Up:
I had to do a 30 minute warm-up to make sure I was ready for the WOD Law of 20’s. Of course, I made up this name as I had no other ideas as to what the actual name is.
My warmup consisted of my normal TRX mobility routine, air squats and of course, PVC Overhead Squats as usual.
WOD Goal and Actual Time:
Well, my WOD time was to complete the session in 45 minutes. That certainly did not happen. I more than doubled what most of the people did on the video example at Crossfit.com.
My actual time was 1:09:05 and by far, the hardest workout I’ve done so far. Or should I say, the longest… No matter because it sucked ass!
