Today’s WOD – Ahh, Great workout! Completed with a total of 4 rounds + 3 HSPU’s + 2 Pullups for a total of 77 reps. Felt really sore in the beginning from the previous days of workouts.
I will eventually work back up to the 3 days on and 1 day off, but for now will hang on with 2 and 1. At 48, I am struggling with recovery. Also, I started running again and guess what has reared its ugly head? Planter fasciitis! It hurts like hell once again. But as long as I stay over 200# and try to run, I always get it…
