Today’s WOD was mostly a strength workout again. I’m still nursing my left knee, so it’s pretty much an upper body workout for at least another 3-4 days. Tomorrow is a fly day, so there will be no workout… Bummer! It’s supposed to be a day off anyway. Tomorrow, I must get in a workout because of the amount of food I’m planning on eating tonight! Heading over to the Taylor’s for a nice Christmas meal since I will be gone over the holiday… Another bummer! At least I still have a job until January.
