Today’s WOD was a a complete blowout! I did a 1.5 mile run in front of this workout and should have just did the workout. I was wasted by the 8th set and just muscled through it. I actually programmed the damn workout to be 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. As you can tel, I didn’t achieve RX again tonight! Starting to get very irritated with myself these days. It seems the more I try, the less weight I lose and the less strength I friggin’ gain! Very frustrated…
