- Deadlift: 240 #
After my Strength WOD Routine, I completed a MetCon of:
4 Rounds for Time: 9:30
- 10 Thrusters @ 65 #
- 10 Dips
- 10 Pull-Ups
Pain In The Ass WOD!
I had a PR today on the deadlifts. I had really good form and felt that I could have done at least another 20#! I know 240# isn’t much, but at as close to perfect form as I can get, the feeling was awesome.
The pain in the ass part came from the MetCon after the strength portion. 9:30 of just forcing myself to muscle through it… Great workout today!
