Today’s WOD was taxing for sure. I’m still a bit wiped out after running 2 miles before even working out. To be honest, it’s kicking my ass! I completed the MetCon in 9:21 and then hopped on the rower for 50 calories which took about 5 minutes. Oh, almost forgot… Before I hit the rower, I practiced double unders for about 7 minutes. Great workout.
