Total Reps: 43 Power Snatch and 75 GHD’s for a total of 118!
Today’s WOD was a kick ass workout. I love working on my snatch! 🙂 Hahaha! Anyway, I really do like the power snatch and I also like doing GHD sit-ups. After I completed the wod, I did a bit of work with overhead squats and practiced doing Handstand Push Ups. I completed 2 sets of 5 reps at 65# on overhead squats, then went to work practicing the handstand pushup. I hit a PR today by getting 2 strict handstand pushups!!! Absolutely awesome…
