Today’s WOD was painful right from the start! I am still incredibly sore from yesterdays moving and the prior days workout. My chest is just trashed! I hate doing bench when I haven’t done it in a long time. I always seem to beat the shit out of myself. And of course, I end up with serious DOMS! Great workout today though. I just wished I could hit heavy weights with my snatch. I am just the weakest when it comes to the snatch. I am just not sure I will ever hit a weight that would be respectable. Until tomorrow…
