Today’s WOD was a lot of fun today. I love doing clean and jerks and I am starting to like snatch a whole lot more. My workout has been over for about three hours now and already I am sore as hell. I had two failures at 155# snatches and dropped it down to 150# and that max me out for today. Clean and jerks could have been a whole lot better had I done them first. I really wore myself out working snatches first.
The couplet really screwed me over though. After doing 1 RM exercise with two core workouts lit me up! Long workout today. I think I was out in the gym for about two hours today. It takes time to do one rep max workouts…
