Today’s WOD was tough to get started just because I was totally unmotivated to do anything. I finally got going and then hit a major set back on the max bench. Epic fail. Oh well, it was just the day is all. Glad next week is a deload week and I will have a chance to recover before the second cycle. I definitely need to deload. Great workout overall even though it started out lousy… Oh, I completed 3 full rounds + 9 + 15 = 159 total reps.
NUTRITION:
Breakfast – 2 Pancakes, 3 bacon strips and 24 oz coffee with 1 tbs of creamer
Lunch – Gluten free casadia, water
Late Dinner – Steel head fillet, asparagus, baked potato, pint of water
