Today’s WOD was a good workout. I like doing snatches. Form is getting better. I was watching Barbell Shrugs Daily BS this morning and the question of the day was about giving blood. I did not realize it takes 6-8 weeks to build back up the red blood cell count and that my endurance would be affected by it! I actually thought that in 24 hours, I’d be back to a full tank. Well, I actually was back up to a full tank as far as blood is concerned, but it takes at least 6-8 weeks to build up the red blood cells. Had no idea! I will try and locate that video and post it here…
