- 40 Burpees
- 30 Snatches @ 75#
- 30 Burpees
- 30 Snatches @ 135#
- Etc…
Last Year Rep Total: 104! – Today – 100 even… Couldn’t get the 135# snatch up on the first two tries and ran out of time! So, after test was over, I completed 10 reps at 135# to make sure I can push myself beyond my totals last year! That is, if the workout comes up again…

Today’s WOD was a little of a let down. I thought for sure I would go way beyond 104 reps! Well, I only got 100!!! Let’s watch last years to see how I completed the burpees…
