Today’s WOD was a test to see how bad wallballs will be coming up in the 2014 Crossfit Opens. Yep, they still suck! I will need to do 30 reps every 2 minutes for 5 rounds in order to finish in 10 minutes. That way I can have about 2 minutes for double unders. That is of course if they use this workout again… Take a look at last year where I had to do the workout twice and ended up with only 106 reps total. I will get 150 wallballs this year!!!
