- 1 x 5 @ 200#
- 1 x 5 @ 225# (Actual Reps = 10) – (1RM 300#)
Assistance Work:
- Front Squat 5 x 10 @ 115#
Practice: Overhead Work
- 5 x 3 Overhead Squats @ 45#
Today’s WOD was a real leg burner and I couldn’t even go after the 12 minute MetCon I had scheduled. In fact, this workout has morn me out for the entire day. I’ve had a hard time today just trying to get motivated… I’ve been a virtual zombie all afternoon!
Less than 2 weeks before the Crossfit Open begins! Are you ready? Are you planning on competing? I’ve signed up, just not sure if I will be able to post my videos from the rig! That will suck ass if I can’t post my videos… Lots of hard work and I’d love the chance to see where I stack up and see if I can place higher than the last two years… We shall see eh?
