Today’s WOD was fast and furious… I finished the MetCon in a time of 6:52. Overall, the workout took only 45 minutes to complete. I had a limited window because we were planning on going to Marysville to do some shopping and then to lunch. It was a great workout even though it was short and cold too.
NUTRITION:
Breakfast: 2 eggs over easy with 2 pieces of french toast, 4 sausage links and 2 cups of coffee.
Lunch – Extremely large hamburger with mushroom, lettuce, pickles and mayo along with a bunch of fries and 2 teas.
Dinner – 2 Beers… I wasn’t hungry for anything after that huge hamburger I had at Bobs around 3 in the afternoon.
