- Overhead Squats @ 45#
- Pistols
- Pull-ups
Today’s WOD was thigh destroyer! My legs hurt so bad that I think I will have a hard time sleeping tonight… Might as well take an Advil PM! Getting a lot better with overheads ever since I decided to go back to square one and work solely on form.
