Today’s WOD – Fantastic workout! Time was 13:58. I could have gone a little heavier, but want to continue to work on my snatch form. I felt much better and continue to feel the improvement. I have been consistent with an every other day workout since Thanksgiving. I’m hoping I can get to the point where I can get back to a 3 on and 1 off routine. But this every other day seems to be working for me other than staying over 200# weight wise…
