Today’s WOD was a outstanding… I was tired as shit for waking up at 2 am to watch the Meteor shower last night, but that didn’t seem to slow me down in the gym today! I completed the first 2,000 meter row in 10:00, the 3 rounds in 27:01 and finished off the last 2,000 meter row in 10:05. So, I started off the workout with a one hour walk on the Helideck which would be approximately the equivalent of 3.5 miles. I had o burn off that big meal I had at lunch time! I’ve had indigestion all afternoon and hope I’ve learned my lesson from over indulging at the dinner table! Nah, who am I kidding, I will do it again I am sure of that!
