Today’s WOD was pretty fucking cool! I was amazed that I could get my bench up to 265# for 2 reps while rocking around in a boat! The rig wasn’t rocking as bad as the last few days, but she none the less is moving enough to really activate those smaller stabilizing muscle groups around the chest. I will feel it in the morning no doubt! I finished the MetCon in 16:48. I was hoping to get under 15 minutes…
NUTRITION:
I ate like crap in the morning… I ended up eating a donut! Then shortly afterwards, I ended up in a sugar coma because I haven’t been eating any sugar. I haven’t even been putting sugar in my coffee. I’ve had to get used to drinking coffee again without cream or milk or anything.
