This was a down and dirty Lite Diane wod and a light workout. I wanted to give it a try and see how I would perform. So, I put 225# on the bar, did a few reps and still feeling a strong pull in my forearms that acts like tendinitis.

Hell, I’m not really sure as to why I didn’t just do the full workout. Sometimes I feel that I am using this tendinitis as an excuse. But, that usually gets me in trouble. The old me always tries to brake out and get myself into an over trained or injured situation…
