Today’s WOD was another quick and fun. I think the less I work in the gym and the more I hit endurance stuff like running and biking, the stronger and quicker I get with my MetCon’s and strength conditioning! I completed the entire workout in under an hour which is where I was back in the early days of 2013 with Crossfit! I’m getting a bit stoked for my fourth season of the Crossfit Open. I failed out miserably last year… Hope that doesn’t happen in 2016! Watch the workout…
