Today’s WOD – Ahh, Great workout! It has been a while since I’ve done a pure functional workout! Really liking it. I was burned out for a while, but seemed to have found my mojo again…
It took 29:54 to finish this workout today. Yep, still one slow mofo! But since the neighbor ended up with Rhabdo, I play it pretty safe. That shit is no joke. He ended up with shingles that blinded him in one eye… That has since gotten better, but holy shit man, you wanna end up with shingles from overdoing a workout? He did it doing Murph! Anyway, have a good one!
