Today’s WOD was a quick but effective workout! I completed the entire workout in about 50 minutes. The Push Press was a serious beating to the shoulders and I will be paying for it over the next couple of days I am sure. I completed the MetCon in 10:51. I actually recorded the whole workout as today is the start of my Vlogging experiment. I will be blogging as much as I can to see if I can get better with editing and storytelling.
I’ve been watching a lot of Casey Neistat and hope I can get as good as he it about telling a story people want to watch. Anyway, it is uploading to my iMac at the moment and once it is converted and edited, I will be uploaded to my YouTube Channel. Once I am done, I will post the video to this post. Enjoy…
