Much Better WOD Time…
This is my second attempt with Fran and it really kicked my ass again, but at least my time improved! I was thinking I would complete it in 12:00, but actually did much better then that.
A competitive Fran time is just under 3 minutes, I still have a long way to go, but I did PR!: 9:25 –> 🙂
Okay, lastly, I wanted to say that I finally finished the floor in the gym this weekend. Now, the whole side of the garage is padded and makes my WOD sessions easier. My wife told me afterwards that I can go ahead and pad the entire garage now! WhooHoo…
