Today’s WOD felt like an easy day as far as workouts go, however, it will hurt later in the core region. I have not been able to increase weight at all in both the snatch or the cleans. I’ve been pretty much stuck here for the three years I’ve been doing Crossfit. WTF! Anyway, it felt good to do both snatch and cleans in one workout. Hoping tomorrow the weather is good and I can get out for a two to three hour bike ride. We shall see…
