WOD: Kettlebell Workout
WOD Session will be 4 Rounds @ 21, 15, 9X of:
- Knees to Elbows
- Sit-Ups
- Kettlebell Swings @ 50#
- Ring Push-Ups

Today’s WOD was really intense and I almost did not even work out! Seriously, after yesterdays 300# deadlift, I really did not feel up to another workout today. But, being all about preparing for the Crossfit opens in 2013, I got up off my lazy butt, went into the garage and went at it!
Today’s session was a timed evolution and my time was 18:54. Considering the pain I was in and the fact that I really was going to puss out of the workout all together, 18:54 is good to go!
