Today’s WOD was a great workout. I was hammered for sure after it was all said and done! What kills me is the run before doing the MetCon workouts. The amount of energy running takes from me right now is tremendous to say the least. Being about 30# overweight, sure beats the hell out of the body. I feel it in every joint and muscle in the lower half of the body! It’s okay though, progress isn’t easy. If it was, everyone would have already done it.
