Today’s WOD was a grudge match between me and the treadmill! I started out hurting on this run! It must be because I’ve been running so much this trip that my legs are just taking an incredible beating from all the excess weight pounding on them… Anyway, I still finished the run in 32:16. Not bad for an overweight (almost 50 year) old man. I’m just glad I can still run a 5K and still walk afterwards. I remember a time when I could easily run 6-10 miles… Maybe I can get those days back again…
