Today’s WOD was great! 2 mile runs before each workout over the last 3 days really kicked my ass on the MetCon portion of the workout. Hell, it really fucked me up on the squats too. My total rep count was three(3) complete rounds plus five(5) pull-ups equaled 95 total reps. Not bad considering I’m still carrying an additional 25# on the body. I’ve lost 10# so far, so hoping I can drop another 10# this trip. Two more weeks…
