Today’s WOD was hard as hell to keep within my lunch hour timeline. I seem to never get better with burpees! Not sure why, but I feel like I’m going backwards now. Maybe this whole age thing is beating me? Nah, it’s this strength program I’ve been doing. I am having to condense it into a 45 minute period of time and that is what is messing me up. No real recovery between strength, EMOM and MetCon. Gotta do what I gotta do to get better right?
