Today’s WOD was a pretty intense workout! Doing C&J after front squats at 135#’s really hurt. Not sure if I could still get in the 9 minute range for doing 30 C&J’s, but pretty sure I haven’t lost as much as I think I have. Anyway, one of these days I will have to do Grace again and just see where I am at. Another thing that affected my front squats was the bike ride I did this weekend. 25 miles after not riding but just one time before that in quite some time, my legs were hurting. I also noticed that my bad knee started hurting after the ride more than normal. I also have that clicking noise. I’m going to have to really take a closer look at my shoes and pedals. I may need new ones to alleviate the pain in the knee. Not sure and will have to do more research. It really sucks getting old!
