Today’s WOD was pretty good. I actually have very little energy and I’m dog tired… I’m glad tomorrow is a recovery day. I’m planning on doing a 20 mile or so ride. I love active recovery days! As for todays workout, I am still having a ton of issues with overhead squats. I still don’t have the mobility I need to do them under heavy load. 65# is still kicking my ass…
