Today’s WOD was a great workout! I’m actually starting to like front squats… Did I just say that? Holy shit! What’s wrong with me? Anyway, all joking aside, I am starting to get back into the groove and really actually looking forward to my workouts now. I think there for a while I was just getting really burned out.
