Today’s WOD is a Hotel Workout and not to shabby for one in my opinion. It did the trick for me. At 35 minutes, I felt like I got a pretty decent workout in. Today, I walked up and down 3 flights of stairs 8 times for a total of 16 times. That is quite a few stairs I think in a day. Tomorrow will be the same…
