- C&J 4 x 70% = 145#
- C&J 4 x 80% = 165#
- C&J 4 x 85% = 180# (Not Conpleted)

- Clean Pulls 4 x 4 @ 90% = 190#
– Then –
- Back Squats 6 @ Rep Max = 185#
- Back Squats 6 @ -5% = 165#
- Back Squats 6 @ -10% = 145#
– Finally –
- Good Mornings 4 x 8 @ 135#
