Today’s WOD was a fun workout. I felt really strong on the ring dips and I believe I finally have the strength to actually do muscle-ups! Soon… Very soon I think! Anyway, I was surprised at my ability to do hand snatch at 95#. I really wished I knew why I can’t do overhead squats or full snatch. Not sure what the hindering factor is. Something with my mobility I’m sure.
Every time the bar goes overhead, my arms collapse and its like I’m not strong enough to hold the weight. Even though I can strict press 175#, 75# feels overwhelming overhead. Any help would be great… Leave a comment below about what you think I can do to fix the problem.
