Today’s WOD was great… I completed 5 rounds and just couldn’t get the energy to do any more front squats even though I had 15 seconds to go! Must be the fact that I am still low on Red Blood Cells. Anyway, still feeling really good and continue to feel like I am improving. Hoping 2015 is my year for the open and I can get into the Masters Qualifier. Wouldn’t that be just the shit?
