Today’s WOD was a makeup workout to cover the workout I missed yesterday. Instead of working out, I went on a 5 mile hike with my wife who just so happens to be my bestest friend… Anyway, it was a great day, got a little vitamin D and felt really good for just hanging out and enjoying the day…
