Today’s WOD was great… I felt really good with the deadlifts and seemed to go pretty quick with the wall balls! This time last year, I hated wall balls. Now, I actually like them… Now if only I can feel the same way with burpees! Today marks the first day of my 12 week program to build the engine. Once I get through the 12 weeks engine builder, I will switch gears and move into the strength phase. That will last another 12 weeks. Then it will be back to the 12 weeks engine builder. I am determined to get into the top 20 in the 45-49 NW… At least that is the goal.
