Today’s WOD was long and brutal! I figured this workout was going to put a hurt on me and I was right! It felt like it would never end… But it did and I realized I need to do more workouts like this one. Tomorrow is suppose to be a day off, but I am thinking I may just ride the bike tomorrow for 30 or so minutes. I’ll probably use the rower as well. We shall see! Later…
