WOD Warm-Up:
30 minute standard warm-up for mobility. I have also added overhead squat / Snatch Preparation Routine… Mobility man stretches.
WOD Particulars:
Complete 1 Round for Time of:
- 30 Reps of Clean and Jerk @ 135#
Today’s WOD was completed, but not with the same weight. I could have done the weight, but I’m still having issues with my left Bicep. So, I opted to drop the weight to save my bicep for the Open workouts. Today’s weight was 115# and I completed the workout in 5:24.
